Returns & Exchanges

At The Chivery, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to select a return reason or exchange size, then download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items into the original packaging if possible, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
